Having grown a huge harvest of tomatoes I have run out of ideas to use for them. My latest recipe was for a tomato soup which included green peppers (also home grown), onion and garlic topped with cheese which was approved by my kids.
Any new recipes to use up more of our stash are gladly welcomed 💕
