Let the FUN begin!
The first official day of school in our district was August 11, 2021 and so we decided to just go with that as our first date of our new adventure.
Romanko would have been starting 3rd grade and Clarita would have been starting Kindergarten, the introduction to the public school system, but under very different circumstances then you would normally think of for a first day of anything.
Standing by our decision to un-enroll the kids from the school district, I decided that we would call this a combo of “UnSchooling” and “HomeSchooling” to encompass the best of both worlds.
Taking it one day at a time while remaining grateful and conscious to follow a routine and curriculum – most definitely going to document our progress along the way.
